Who We Are
The Westborough Athletic Boosters Association is a non-profit, volunteer group that supports the interscholastic sports teams in the Westborough Public Schools. Our mission is to foster enthusiasm, interest, and support for our student-athletes. We believe that athletics can play a crucial role in the development of young people by promoting teamwork, discipline, and character-building. We strive to provide our student-athletes with the resources and support they need to achieve their athletic goals, both on and off the field.

Volunteer opportunities range from leadership roles on the Board to event participation (Boosters Cup, tailgates, driveway logo painting, etc.). Share your ideas, vote at meetings, and contribute to our success! Get involved. Your membership directly supports our projects and empowers our athletes and coaches.

Sportsmanship Award
WABA created an award for the student athletes who exemplify good sportsmanship. This award is called the Westborough Boosters Association Special Award for Sportsmanship. The criteria the coaches use in selecting, both a Junior Varsity and a Varsity player who exemplifies the values, is based on the latin, “Aequabilitas, Sanus Viventium, Bonum Ludo”, which translates to, “Fair Play, Healthy Living, Good Sport”. Good sportsmanship is about how the athlete treats others, and themselves, with respect and care. We ask that they select a student that emulates the highest character and qualities around these ideals that the Boosters feel are the heart of what makes a great Westborough student athlete.
